Geotech have held ISO 9001 qualification since May 2015. Since 2015, Geotech has been regularly assessed by Telarc and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001. Geotech’s scope of certification is:

Geotech has integrated a quality management system into all aspects of its business operations. The system has been designed to help the company meet and exceed the expectations of its customers and to improve the overall performance of the business. The quality management system addresses the planning, development and delivery of services to clients and provides structure for continual improvement.
ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices (WSMP) partnership programme
ACC WSMP recognises medium to large businesses that have implemented effective health and safety systems and practices in their workplaces. Geotech were originally accredited in 2011 (Primary level), and achieved Secondary level accreditation in 2013. Secondary level accreditation was maintained from 2013 until our 2015 audit, where we achieved Tertiary level – best practice and a commitment to continuous improvement in workplace health and safety. Geotech maintained Tertiary level accreditation until March 2017, after which time we were unable to renew this certification, due to ACC disbanding the programme. Geotech have subsequently gained AS/NZS 4801:2001.
AS/NZS 4801:2001 – Health and Safety
AS/NZS 4801: 2001 is used as the benchmark to assess Occupational Health & Safety Management systems for organisations. Geotech obtained this accreditation with Telarc in May 2018, having been found to operate a health and safety management system conforming to the standard.
SiteWise – Contractor Health and Safety system
SiteWise is a prequalification system that grades a contractor’s health and safety capability through an online contractor pre-qualification system. An annual health and safety assessment is completed. Contractors are awarded SiteWise Green when they demonstrate that they have quality health and safety systems in place. Geotech were first assessed by SiteWise in February 2014, and have had annual assessments since then. We have received 100% grades in our SiteWise audits for the last three years running.
ISO 14001– Environmental System
Geotech achieved ISO 14001 in May 2018. The standard had been developed to help businesses manage environmental issues through awareness and assessment and the establishment of an environmental management system. Geotech is committed to maintaining this high standard on all of our projects.
